Personal data protection
- The Parties declare that they share the data of employees designated to represent the Parties and perform the contract for the purpose and scope necessary for the proper performance of the contract.
- The parties declare that they are obliged to comply with the requirements set out in applicable regulations, in particular in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018.
Personal data of persons referred to in § 7, and in particular, will be processed by the Parties pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR (i.e. processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by data controllers) only for the purpose and scope necessary to perform tasks related to the implementation of the concluded Agreement
in the event that, as part of the implementation of this Agreement, personal data would be entrusted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection; hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), the parties undertake to sign pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, a personal data entrustment agreement specifying the terms of entrustment, in particular the purpose and scope of personal data processed.
